Week 23

6.03.12- A Sunday morning tea party.

6.04.12- A trip to the playground after dinner.

6.05.12- James with his teachers on the day of their Kindergarten celebration.  He did a great job during the performance and was very happy when he spotted us.

6.06.12- I found this on my nightstand. James started signing Naomi up for the Lego magazine.

6.07.12- James’ last day of kindergarten.  And a look at his first day and last day.

6.08.12- Naomi’s afternoon snack and coloring.

6.09.12- James on the tire swing in Papa Wesley’s backyard.

Week 22

5.27.12- James shooting rocks into the creek with his slingshot.

5.28.12- Filling up the pool for the first time.

5.29.12- First corn on the cob of the season.

 

5.30.12- How I found Naomi sleeping; her foot was on the ground and I have no idea how she didn’t fall out.

5.31.12- Playing in the pool.

6.01.12- Cuddly kids on the couch.

6.02.12- James dribbling around buckets.

Week 21

5.20.12- The kids planting flowers with Grandma.

5.21.12- Wesley’s graduation!

5.22.12- A trip to the lake for fishing and playing.

 

5.23.12- My office took a trip to volunteer at the food bank. One of our jobs was planting flowers.

5.24.12- James and Wesley on the monkey bars.

5.25.12- James practicing his dribbling.

5.26.12- Fun with water in the front yard.

Week 20

5.13.12- The table set with cards and gifts from the kids for Mother’s Day.

5.14.12- Baseball in the front yard.

5.15.12- A quick but fun visit with cousin Raina.

5.16.12- Naomi in her leotard and my heels.

5.17.12- Babu and Grandma arrived for Wesley’s graduation weekend. Babu brought James a slingshot from Kenya.

5.18.12- Grandma and Naomi making a pie.

5.19.20- Wesley’s hooding ceremony.

Week 19

5.06.12- James really wanted to build his Lego castle. We spent probably 2 hours finding all of the pieces, but it kept him busy for a very long time.

5.07.12- Day 2 of castle building. He came straight to the playroom after school to continue building.

5.08.12- Naomi and me before Muffins with Moms at her school. She was so excited that we had breakfast together. They sang a super sweet song, and unlike last year, Mimi went up front and sang without complaint.

5.09.12- James and his finished castle.

5.10.12- Kids playing computer games; Wesley playing phone games.

5.11.12- Pasta and vegetables. The closest I’ve come to a pregnancy craving, so far.

5.12.12- Rainbow shaved ice.
